well i go to bed around 10pm but im still lying there at about 12am eventualy i drift off but every time i try to sleep closing my eyes and all that i cant get to sleep even if im really tired help!

  1. Close your eyes and count sheep.


  2. Cheese before bedtime creates melatonin the sleep hormone.

  3. Do plenty of exercise during the day and stop watching tv 1hour before you go to bed, read a book instead.

  4. Get a friend to hit you round the back of the head with a frying pan.

  5. PCP.

  6. Lie on the edge of the bed-you will soon drop off.

  7. Drink milk before you got to bed.

    Don't exercise before going to bed.

    Don't think about how you can't sleep.

    Go to bed earlier.

    Eat before you go to bed.
