  1. wager against yourself that you'll never gamble. Then to win, keep the resolve.

Betting to win is for professionals and even they have off days, as well as the advantage of intimately knowing the games and the odds.

Then they only play the games that give the most favourable odds - but it's still a risk, which is why it's called GAMBLING!

Gambling for fun is considered foolish, yet most people do it for that reason. Gambling for profit is difficult (if not impossible) for most, and requires a lot of knowledge, discipline and self-control.

Luck is always a possibility, but more often than not, the luck one usually sees is bad not good. There are exceptions though...which is why it's called LUCK!

    Bon chance!

  2. yep, don't bet, ever seen a poor bookie?

  3. Well, if i can show you the smarter way to bet, and at the same time potentiall make it a business opportunity, would you be interested? This is a legit opportunity. Been doing it for a few months and received a 11 pound check for my small syndicate winnings...not big but definitely legit....but gambling in general is not recommended, it can be addicting you know....i would recommend focusing more on builing an online business

  4. Don't do it, the bookies are always right.

  5. POKER-experience, knowledge and bankroll management will give u a profitable edge on most players. Learn basics with play money for 6 months, read 'super systems' and 'theory of poker' and any other recommended books and what mostly helped me,watch 'high stakes poker 123&4 on www.pokertube.com. Always use 5% of bankroll and leave the table when u go on tilt(lose ur cool)

BLACKJACK(card counting)- there are very simple systems that dont require a super memory. Google 'card counting' and with a few months hard training with some friends, its possible to get an edge legally on the casino's but prepare to be barred from alot of them.

Gambling by its nature only rewards a very small percentage of the participants but its usually the same people.Just make sure you use your brain to be one of them. good luck

  6. If I'm not mistaken your question is how and what to bet on...not IF you should bet!  You will find lots of free helpful information at http://GamblingReviewsSite.com  Lots of free daily sports picks, free betting guides (for dummies), free sports betting money management systems, and reviews of only reputable online gaming sites.  You CAN profit from sports betting, and you can do it consistently!  Come and learn.

  7. Take only value bets. Value is for example= Bolton are 10.0 to beat Manchester, but you think they can win 2 games from 10 so the suggested odds of 10 are value.

Bet mainly on high odds, never bet under 1.8( even 2.0)

  8. When betting it is important to know who has the advantage.  In most cases it is the house, so no matter how much you gamble you can bet on the house winning.

However some online casinos and sportsbooks offer larger bonuses or give the player sometimes the opportunity to have the edge and this is when to gamble.

Bet only when you feel you have the advantage.

Becoming a professional fulltime gambler is a skill and not everyone has what it takes.

  9. If you want to make money from it - rather than just having fun - then it boils down to a very simple formula.

Make a bet if and only if:

Payout > probability of winning * stake

Bookies will have arranged the stake and payout so that, in the long run, you will never win unless you are lucky.  So don't do it.

So, only make a bet if it's against individual people, not professional bookmakers.  If these people are your friends, then in effect you're fleecing them, so again, don't do it.

In my opinion, people shouldn't bet with the aim of making money - they should just bet modest amounts for fun only.

If you're serious about making money from it, then I'd say the only real option is to become a pro - maybe a pro poker player.  But this is seriously difficult, you're much more likely to lose money.

In short, I'd say - give up on the idea, it's never going to be a quick and easy way to make money.
