  1. go to bed earlier :)

  2. set your alarm

  3. Start waking up an hour earlier every couple of days. Get into a routine...eat something, brush your teeth and get dressed...even if you have no where to go, its good practice, and by the time school rolls around you will already be in the habit.

  4. Caffeine boost

  5. Have a loud alarm right next to your pillow and splash cold water on your face.

  6. Leave the blinds open in your windows so when you wake up your room is bright and (hopefully) sunny.

Drink something refreshing like orange juice and take a shower. Also, try getting to bed an hour earlier for about a week before the first day you have football.

  7. there is an alarm clock you can get that is a ball. so when it goes off it rolls around your room so you have to get up to get it. as for having more energy when you wake up, i do yoga, i started not too long ago but just taking 15-20 minutes when i wake up makes me feel like i have alot of energy. i am sure you could even just do some stretches like the ones you do at practice and they will wake you up. eat breakfast also.

  8. first, set your alarm across the room, somewhere you can't reach from your bed.  That way, you'll be forced to get up and shut it off.  Then, splash your face with cold water.  drinking like a tablespoon of lemon juice might wake you up, too. good luck!

  9. take a cold cold shower.

  10. if you have a clock radio you can set it to a station that  has music that annoys you.  turn the volume up and be sure it is out of your reach and you have to get out of bed and walk across the room to turn it off.  worked for me.  good luck and have a great school year!

  11. put on a heavy metal music, and get into it.  it will pump ur blood!

  12. First, you could try putting a glass of water next to your bed. So that when you wake up you have something refreshing.

Second, you could try taking a nice hot shower. If the hot doesn't work try when you first get in put the cold water on then the hot.If that still doesn't work try putting your favorite music on loud enough to hear in the shower.

  13. choose a very  annoying ring tone and set it as alarm ring tone in your mobile

  14. A nice lukewarm shower is your best bet. Or a good breakfast, and a jog around the block could wake you up, and if it's football practise, then a jog would benefit you even more, and eat a couple of pieces of fruit, such as banana, it gives you a fair bit of energy. :)
