  1. Buy a skipping rope if you dont already have one. Jumping rope is the easiest and most effective way of increasing your vertical. I'm skipping for 12 mins everyday and ive seen some good results!

  2. First thing you need to do is start doing squats. That may not have been what you wanted or expected to hear, but it's the truth. You need to have a good strength base for any other training to be effective. If you can already squat more then your bodyweight, you can mix in some light plyometric drills. If you can squat 1.5 times your body weight, look into more intense plyos. There's some good info here http://offto.net/jumpjump/ Get lots of rest and eat well; gains come between workouts not during them.
