Tips on keeping up and adding weight?

Other than just eating more of course.

It's just really hard for me to exercise hard and not lose weight.

If I skip a meal, i'll lose a pound.

Any tips on how I can keep up my weight and possibly gain weight?

Like anything you've done yourself and can confirm it to work?

For example, I heard that I should just restructure my whole diet.

  1. Looking at what you eat can help. You want something with sustain like protein. consuming more protein will help you gain lean muscle, whereas using creatine doesn't have the same affect and generally melts away quickly when you become inactive. You can take a ton of totally legal supplements and gain weight fast, but it will cost over $100 a month to keep that habit up. For real though, you probably have an incredible metabolism that just won't slow down. Just try and take in more calories than you burn, but make sure they're healthy calories like protein from beans and nuts. anyway, none of this is too over the top, but I hope it helps.
