  1. I went vegan. Cutting meat and dairy will the the fastest weight loss you can do. Then top that off with exercise.

    But changing to a vegan diet will make you drop about 2-3 pounds a week just by diet alone, depending on how much you eat and drink meat products. there are loads of sources to find out about a vegan diet.

  2. it's not bieng anerexic but eat a late lunch around 6 ish then work out on your abs have a banna, an egg, and water then go to bed in the morning you'll be hungry so eat a big breakfeast. continue for a week then you will loose about five pounds.

    If you have a juicer you can make a weight loss drink.

    1 cup pineapple 1 cup grapfruit, 1/2 cup of cactus, or 1/2 aloe vera juice

    You can add Strawberries to sweeten but no sugar of any kind.


  4. i run around the bock everyday and instead of eating candy i eat honey i eat healthy and when i finnish eating a meal i make sure im not feeling stuffed

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). works wonders! i had hit a plateau then started doing this instead of walking and i lost a  few more pounds. once my intervals begin to be too easy i crank it up a little more. Pilate's and weight-training circuits work good too. as does eating healthy (complex carbs, lean meat, non-fat/low-fat dairy, fruits, veggies, mono and poly unsaturated fats too)

    - drink tons of water

    - and ofcourse, exercise daily and watch the amount of food you eat.

  9. running is the best way. eat healthy and exercise(you dont have to run but running burns calories at the fastest rate). do cardio at least 5 times a week for 30-60 minutes and eat a balanced diet.
