Ok my school has only 2 PE lessons a week and I use to be able to run 12 minutes without stopping easily but now, I cannot because we seldom (almost never) do running. And there's this 12 minute run coming up for fitness testing this Thursday and I really need some tips to run that 12 minute without stopping. 1 lap = 400km (I think?) and I would like to get at least 6 or something. My stamina is really bad now and I get tired easily when running long distance. Is there any tips, at least, since my test is almost 1 day away? Thanks. :)
