  1. I have removed soft floors with a skill saw set just short of how thick the wood is. This will allow you to pull the wood and top fiberglass without cutting into the ribs(also fiberglass over a form) Get your new floor cut to size and put a thin coat of epoxy on both sides and the edges. Mix the epoxy just a little light on hardener so it has a chance to soak into the wood before it hardens. You will need some "chop" fiberglass to fill in any low spots, and some "roven woven" to actually hold the floor in place. Get some nice matching paint for fiber glass and no-one will even know you have been there. If you find the space below the floor filled with water soaked foam-pick it all out and clear a drain path to the transom so you can pump out any leaks with your bilge pump. PS. rotten ribs are another story.
