  2. ok this might not make sense and is kinda weird but it always works for me... i just imagine that i cant move my body.. i start with my feet and slowly (for about like 5-10 minutes) work my way up to my head but i usually fall asleep before i even get to the top hah i dont know its strange but i just pretend that im like cement..o and don't focus on anything else but thinking that your soo tired u cant move!

  3. First, make sure your bed is made up to your satisfaction. All the sheets and blankets are nice and clean, with clean pillow cases and such. Then check the room temperature. If it is too hot it is harder for people to sleep. I personally sleep better when it is a little cool in the house. Then if you have a good book to read, get it out and settle in bed with a good reading lamp on. Read until you can't see straight. Then roll over and turn out the light. Make sure the room is good and dark with no noise.

    Reading always helps me to relax both my mind and body. My body relaxes while I'm reading and my mind is able to focus on just one thing and not 25 different other things at one time.
