  1. Don't eat pretzels or drink coffee it will stunt your growth , I never did and I'm 5"11.

A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive.  This leaves us with basically two options.

  3. Why dont u use the height increasing insoles? They are a cheap option.

    so many people are doing it they just don't tell u.

  6. The most important thing, if you want to grow tall, is to choose tall parents and tall grandparents.

    The other thing is to regularly eat a wide variety of foods, so that your body has the nutrients it needs, when it needs them.  

    People will tell you that something is "good for you", and perhaps it is, but only if you eat a lot of other stuff as well. If you eat only that one thing, you're getting poor nutrition. And foods that are "bad for you" are only bad for you if you eat nothing else. A varied diet will include pizza and chocolate bars and Fritos, as well as beets and liver and spinach.

    Most people don't get enough calcium, which is obviously important for growing bones, and most people don't get enough fiber. Eat a bowl of shredded wheat for breakfast, and drink milk 3 times a day, and you'll be well on your way to taking care of *those* deficiencies....
