hey.

umm well im 5'4 and 125 pounds.

i have like belly fat which is absolutely gross, because it stick out, and it's absoulutrly horrible. I don't usually have time to do exercise with homework and studying, and to top it all off, I eat anything and everything, when im nervous, on the edge or just worried.

I read that in order to lose belly fat I should do crunches and such, but they shouldn't be done on cold muscles- i have to warm up before I try anything. I definitely think im fat, becuase of the belly fat, big hips and thighs, Im pretty sure it's obvious.

What can i do to actually lose weight and be able to use the techniques in my daily life. Because im smart enough to know not to starve myself- so I would like something that is a healthy choice and I can add into my lifestyle.

  1. Hey

If you really want to lose this fat and keep it off then you should be doing a combination of weights and cardio.  I combined these using the Your six pack quest routine.  It really helped me on my way.  There was 24/7 coaching, videos, book, meal plan, bodyweight workouts, cardio workouts and a virtual trainer.  I couldn't believe how much I got.  It was so unbeliveable I want to buy it again.  I've even got my family on this program and it's working for them too.  I found it at  http://fitness4u.sitesled.com .  This site also has some good free info.  Also some downloadable reports.

Good luck with the fat loss.  Don't give up.. you'll get there.

  2. shut up.  I'm 5-3 and 120 pounds which is like the same as u. btw  I'm skinny.  i look hot in a bikini and I'm like a size 3-5 so i know u ain't fat. stop trippin' about something so stupid.  just stay healthy.  cut the junk, drink water and milk, go for walks and worry about ur school and family...:):)

  3. Physical exercise is important for maintaining physical fitness and can contribute positively to maintaining a healthy weight, building and maintaining healthy bone density, muscle strength, and joint mobility, promoting physiological well-being, reducing surgical risks, and strengthening the immune system. Just because you're getting healthy doesn't mean you can't snack. In fact, eating small meals and snacks throughout the day, or grazing, has been shown to aid weight loss, (compared to eating three large meals a day), by keeping metabolism steadier. Pick snacks that are low in calories and fat and high in fiber (dried apricots, nuts, rice cakes, fruits, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, and so on). Vegetables are generally very low in calories, very high in fiber, and full of flavor and nutrition. Generally, you want to - with a combination of calorie reduction and increased activity - reduce and burn a certain number of calories a day, causing a net loss of calories so your body is forced to use its own stores of fat.
