Got a "mini-formal" coming up in 2 weeks.I'm quite fit. I just need to tone up the area around my bust/tummy a bit.(I fit the dress fine, plus look good in it) But if I tone up, I will be happier. :)Anyone have any tips? By the way, I do not want this to soley be a 2 week crash course thing. I wanna have a plan that I can do on-going-ly. Any kind of exercise plan would be a nice suggestion.
