Tipsarevic will be the best Serbian?

What do you guys think about Tipsarevic? Will he be in the top 10 soon? Is he better than Novak Djokovic? Will he win a slam?

  1. He's good. I like that he isn't an ashhole like Novak or a lil bitxh like Ana. He doesn't fake injury like Jelena did the other day to throw her opponent off and let her loose her momentum.

    Top 10 - Not yet.

    Yes he is better right now than Novak since he's playing still and Novak is not.

    No he is not ready to win a slam yet. h**l Novak isn't ready to legitimately win a Slam yet either.

    V-train I agree skills regress but give me a break 3 years older is nothing. Look at Andre Agassi playing and winning into his 30's late 30's. Or Martina Navratilova playing for what 4 decades. Tipsy should be fine as long as he stays hungry.

  3. He most definitely could be.  He has the charisma plus he is an all court player and I must say very, very intelligent.  He is very handsome as well.  If he continues the way he is he should definitely by year end be someone to watch for the top five in the near future.

  4. hes 24... in tennis your skills regress much more drastically as you get older... djokovic is only 21 he is still yet to reach his prime and hes the #3 in the world.. although tipsarevic is descent player he will not be able to reach the top 10 because of his inconsistency.. he has a pretty big serve but is too inconsistent with his shots..

  5. Djokovic will always be better than Tipsarevic. He just beat Roddick, that's all...no Grand Slams

  6. Tipsarevic is always a threat to beat a player ranked higher than he is. He is tough but he is not at the level Djokovic is yet. Hopefully he will be able to become a Top 10 player someday because I think he is very capable of becoming one. About him winning a GS not sure about that. Maybe once he improves but as of right now I would have to say no.

  8. he still has alot of work to do before he can set his sights on a slam.. but maybe with all the expectation on Djovick.. he can fly under the radar as well..

  9. Not good enough. He's good, but will all of the pros and competition this year, he's not good enough. Djokovic is standing is his way, and Tipsarevic is going to have to play like he did against Federer in the Australian Open this year to get to the top 10.
