Tire size help! F150 2005 stx Reg Cab?

Question

Hey, i have a 2005 f150 stx reg cab that i just bought. I have the stock 17in rims on there. I want to keep those rims, but just get big tires on it. I like the mud tires, but i know those waste very quickly. What's the best tire and biggest tire i can fit on there? Something good but economical would be good also.
