Tired of being fat and ugly..help...?

im so tired of being fat and ugly..im not obeast but im just not skinny i got man b***s i got ugly teeth I SWEAR LIFE SUCKS and sometime si wish i was never borned..............any sugestion on how i can lose weight? and how to make myself less ugly even tho thats almost imposible

  2. First of all, you can't base your happiness in life on appearance!! There is so much out there! You need to learn to love yourself for who you are. God made you this way, and I bet he doesn't think you're ugly. I bet your Mom and Dad don't think you're ugly. And one day you'll fall in love with a wonderful woman and marry her and she will think you're the handsomest man in the world.

    So learn to love yourself. Learn to love life.

    Now, if you want to lose some weight so that you feel a little better about yourself, do it because you want to be healthy, and want to be proud of yourself for accomplishing something that takes extreme dedication and sacrifice. Don't do it because you think you have to live up to some stupid expectation society has placed on you.

    Losing weight is all about the math. You have to reduce your caloric intake and increase your aerobic exercise. Running, walking, biking, swimming, anything that makes you breathe hard and sweat. You should do this at a minimum of 20 mins/3 times a week, gradually working up to longer work outs.

    You have to stop eating sugar. Eat very little if you can't live without it. Natural sugars from fruits and veggies are ok, but you shouldn't eat more than one piece of fruit a day, and fruit juice should be limited to 4 oz a day.

    Eat a lot of veggies, especially fresh ones, and eat a lot of lean protein like chicken breast and turkey and fish.

    And you have to avoid most carbs like the plague. You shouldn't eat pasta, rice, most kinds of beans, bread, etc.

    You can eat some kinds of carbs at a minimum. Steel cut oatmeal, for example is ok. But don't eat more than one cup a day.

    At the minimum, you have to keep everything in moderation. Make sure you cut out a lot of calories, and eat 5-6 small meals a day.

    Lifting weights, or doing resistance exercise (like sit ups and push ups) will help build muscles, which will give you a firm look and increase your metabolism significantly.

    p.m.  People  achieve  marvellous  results  with it. Depending on your

    initial  weight,  you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat  wheat  then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't  eat  junk  food,  and  you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is

    still  balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

    teeth are easy to fix nowadays.

  4. Just walk for 30 minutes a day, drink green tea they boost metabolism, and for you teeth try getting invisalign.

  5. Answer: one day at a time.  You sound like you've hit bottom, and you have the motivation to change, and that's the hardest part.

    Now, you just have to learn to count!  Find out how many calories you are eating, and start reducing it.  If you eat 500 less calories a day than you burn, you will lose a pound a week.  Don't plan on losing more than 2-3 lbs a week.

    Ignore the last poster.  Fast diets do NOT work and are not safe.  You lose more muscle than fat on crash diets, or you are just losing water.

    Begin lifting weights.  Your muscles will become stronger, and burn more energy in a resting state, making you lose weight faster.  They will also firm up, helping reduce your man b***s!  See a trainer to help you design a work-out.

    You can also do quite a lot if you have the money.  Ugly can't be cured completely, but . . .

    Bad teeth can be fixed with braces and/or retainers.  Clear line braces are much less obvious for adults, but may not be an option if your teeth are really screwed up.  I've known people that had them at 50, so ignore people for a couple of years and do it anyway.

    Skin can be resurfaced if your skin is awful.  Not cheap, but not as bad as cosmetic surgery.  Dunno if this is an issue.

    A simple haircut (go to a nice salon and ask a professional stylist for suggestions) can make a world of difference.

    Finally, may I suggest a fashion make-over?  Clothes can make the man.  Even if it takes you a while to make the physical changes, simple changes in normal attire and carriage make a TON of difference.  Hold those shoulders up, stand up straight, and be confident.  You have no idea how much of a difference it makes to people.

  6. I know this might sound stupid but I truly believe that no one is ugly and that there is someone for everyone. People only believe they're ugly because when we watch television, see pictures, or anything else we always see people who are slim, young, and strong. But that doesn't mean that they're better looking then everyone else that just means that we view that as beautiful so it's not that you were born ugly it justs means that from all the brain washing the media has given us it makes you think you're ugly. Now you won't find someone that you're interested in and vice versa in a week or a month, you have to be patient. Most people also don't find someone for them because they don't go out and look so don't be afraid or ashamed of you're looks, go out and look for someone. Now to help you're teeth you may want to consider getting braces or a retainer. I cant give sufficient advice since i can't see you're teeth but you may want to ask you're dentist for the best treatments to help you're teeth. Now for losing weight the best thing to do is consume calories that you can burn off and start exercising daily. When you exercise try to calculate how many calories you have eaten and try to burn off a reasonable amount.  The best exercise to lose weight is running and weight-lifting so you may want to try those two. Start eating healthier and look for food with more nutrients and proteins then sugar and fats. These are all the tips i can come up with now so i have added three sites at the bottom to help you overcome your problems. So try you're best to lose weight, to fix you're teeth, but remember no one is ugly it's just what children were raised to think and how the media makes it seem that if you're not skinny, young and have flawless skin you're ugly. Take pride in you're own image and don't worry so much as to what other people say or think. BE CONFIDENT!!!
