Tired of being fat its time help me please?

Hey people how are you? Well I'm ok I just made a very important decision tonight its time! I want to lose weight. I always promise myself that tomorrow will be different and when a week passes I break my diet ... I want to lose 2 pounds per week. My motivation is a trip to Jamaica and trying for a baby next year I want to teach my baby that being health is important. I need information on how to be strong and health how to speed up my metabolism. I want to really do this help!

  1. there really is no diet in particular to stick to, most of the time people know what they're eating is bad they just eat it anyway. go to your local grocery store and just browse around for healthy but fun to eat foods, pick some fun colored healthy fruits and veggies and other healthy stuff but also maybe get like a half a gallon of fruity ice cream that you can treat yourself to every week you dont break your diet. the important thing to know is that you can eat almost as much of this food as you want as long as you're getting the right amount of excercise alongside it.


  2. Well try to exercise and get on a diet plan. I am tired of feeling the same way. I have tried to lose weight and go on a diet, but I keep slipping up and I don't want to let fast food go. I love junk food. Usually, if I am on a diet, I feel like am not getting enough to eat, so I start eating large amount of food to make up for it.
