But its came to a point that everytime I mop my floors they always end up sticky I've use clorox, pine sol and some type of floor shine i dont know what its called but does anyone know anything else I can use for my floors to look like they are'nt dirty and not feel sticky?

  1. Tile floors are so hard to keep clean.  I honestly just used hot water in a bucket and damp mopped.  You don't want all those chemicals anyway.

  2. I use a floor steamer.  You don't have to use any cleaning products and it sanitizes the floor.  Look great everytime.  You have to watch those bottled cleaners, unless they specifically say they are for floors and won't leave a build up, they sometime create more work than they are a help.

  3. I use my steam carpet cleaner with 1 cup of liquid laundry soap, and some pine sol.   Makes my tiles showroom clean, streak/film free and sanitary.  I do this approx 1 time a week.

  4. Hot water and some bleach. Too much belach will provide sticky feeling. Combining all different cleaners also will. Tile gets a build-up.  Use hot water and some amonia ONLY, no other chemicals to clean the floor, then after that stick with bleach and HOT water. Avoid cleaners unles you mop with say **** n Span Liquid, then rinse mop and re-rinse/wash with plain HOT water to remove residue. I use plain bleach and hot water, have no build-up, no sticky feel, and clean white teil, with kids and grandkids all over.  Also, try placing a rug at door ways where the enter and leave, a mat outside doors where the come in and out, and possibly consider a large area rug you can vacumn which cuts down on mopping. Avoid swiffers as the chemicals are dangerous for animals and children and they leave a terrible build up on tile floors
