Tired of waiting for ebay packages?

so i filed a dispute since it was about 4 weeks. so i disputed you know. and the seller said that the money order never came in even tho she sent messages saying that she got it and the package was sent. what should i do? she has 99% feedback too.

Hopefully you're saving all these emails, including the one where the seller said they received your money order.  You need to contact eBay about this issue since the seller is being uncooperative.  Can you prove if a money order has been cashed?  If so, I'd go that route too.  So contact eBay with all the necessary information and documentation.  Make a phone call first if you can.
