Tired of working out?

ive been working out with calisthenics and weights for the last 3 years, i have also done some boxing and several types of cardio over this last 3 years or so.

i've taken rests, vacations, i've done every workout plan, tried everything.

the thing is: im tired, i dont feel like working out anymore, i stopped training once for 2 weeks about a year ago and i felt awsome, i didnt gain weight and stood fit.

can i be fit by just eating right, taking long walks, staying active around the house, etc?

maybe doing just a few sets of pushups or something every day to stay toned?

  1. It'll work for awhile, but eventually the inevitable will happen.  You will lose muscle tone, lose the shape you're in that you've been working for for several years, and you will not only have to eat RIGHT but LESS in order to maintain that weight.

It's okay if you're fine with being slightly flimsy, but if you want to keep the muscle tone STAY WITH YOUR WORKOUT ROUTINE.  It's okay to take breaks but get back into it!

I broke my leg when I had to quit and you have no idea how much I want to get back. I thought if I'd eaten less and did light exercise I'd be okay, but slowely, the weight comes back.  I even tried diet pills for awhile.  None of it works as good as burning it off the old fashioned way.   Be greatful that you CAN and keep your body in good shape to live longer and healthier!

  2. as long as u eat a lot of protein and no sugar and do a couple of push ups a day ull stay fit.
