Tirmaquin Marker to bag victory at the Grade A4 Williamhill.com Stakes at Newcastle

The Grade A4 Williamhill.com Stakes will take place at Newcastle on 28th February, 2012. The race covers a distance 480 holds a purse of £110.
The hounds who are competing in this race are:
Smooth Fawn,
Thurlesbeg Red,
Orleigh Star,
Tirmaquin Marker,
Ballyhill Rage, and
Vital Plot.

Tirmaquin Marker, son of Crash, out of Mays Millie, has not secured a first place finish in the last four races but the odds are stacking up in his favour despite this.
He finished in 3rd place in the Grade A3 William Hill – The Home Of Betting, at Newcastle, on 11th February, 2012. He was defeated by Nana Tess who came in first place and Killahara Jack, who finished second.
He finished in 4th place on 23rd February, 2012, at Newcastle, in the Grade A4 Williamhill.com Stakes.
With Tirmaquin Marker being named as race favourite in this race, his trainer, G. Gibbinson, is hoping he will live up to the expectations of the bookmakers and the punters.
Vital Plot is another tough competitor who is eyeing the money in this race. Trained by P. Rutherford, the hound has finished 4th in the last two races.
The son of Crash, out of Whats Mine, finished in 4th place in the Grade A4 480M Flat race, at Newcastle, on 23rd February, 2012. His run was clear without any stumbles but he did not have enough speed to bag a victory.
His trainer is confident about his ability and the fact that he can finish second in this race.
Thurlesbeg Red, son of Hondo Black, out of Lear Princess, finished in fourth place in his previous race, which was the Williamhill.com Stakes, at Newcastle, on 23rd February, 2012.
Ballyhill Rage, daughter of Droopys Scolari, out of Have A Fit, secured a placed finish in her previous race.
She was defeated by Cairns Solo in first place and Rhincrew Hannah in second place in the Grade A4 480M Flat race, at Newcastle, on 23rd February, 2012.
If an assumption was to be made about the winner based strictly on the betting forecast, then it would be fair to say that Tirmaquin Marker will claim it. As aforementioned, he is already named the race favourite. He is of significant interest to the bookies
and punters. His winning odds are 11 to 4.
His performance is anxiously awaited and will be watched eagerly.
The second place is likely to be claimed by Vital Plot. His performance has not been phenomenal but his form shows that he can improve consistently. Thurlesbeg Red has the same odds of securing second place, which are 3 to 1.
The third place win is likely to be acquired by Ballyhill Rage.
