Tirupati - india temple - Steps count?

Does anyone know how many steps are there in the way to tirumala temple (tirupati)

The exact no of steps is 3550. However, after reaching 2000 steps at Galigopuram, you have to walk like 5 mtrs for one step. and travel 2 kms by road.. So it is 3550 steps + 4-4.5 kms walk.
