Tiscali broadband and phone?

what is Tiscali broadband like?? im thinking of swapping to them from Virgin (phone with BT) to use their internet and and phone package, are they any good?

I would say comcast/time warner is better.

There are coupon codes which can make it even cheaper for you like cashback etc.
