What are the titles of the 18th Duchess of Alba? Supposed to have 47, the most in the world. She has so many that some people say that Queen Elizabeth II would have to curtsey to her.

  1. Dona María del Rosario Cayetana Alfonsa Victoria Eugenia Francisca Fitz-James Stuart y Silva, she does have 47 but dont know them all.
