Not much action until 3rd round.., but man!

Was that an intense fight or what?

Or was I the only one who stared at the TV screen with my heart pumping and out of breathe....:-p

  1. penn v sherk boring dont be silly! all il say about ortiz v machida is you had one guy trying to win (tito) and one guy trying not to lose it dont sound like much but in any sport it makes a big difrence i just saw another pat militech in machida a boring fighter, good luck to him but if ufc want bums on seats he wont go anywhere tito should of won for trying to win and the sub attempent was great, and a quick word on tito i quote eye of the tiger here "changed your pasion for glory" lets hope he hets his head out of hollywood and becomes a fighter again soon

  2. If every fighter fought like Machida I would be so bored. But he is a karate master. He excells in self defence and then comes in at exactly the right moment.

I loved every moment of him schooling Tito Ortiz.

I cannot believe how calm Machida was when Tito had a triangle locked in.

Machida is even better that I thought he was.

Honestly it was my favorite fight becaus I was not sure who was going to win. I love Machida but he did fight some nobodies in his past so I was a little skeptical.

    Beautiful fight!

Whenever Shogun comes back 100% healthy it would be comes to see him take on machida.

  3. i thought it was a boring fight, but i think tito fought smart by making him attack but that was crazy at the end when tito got the triangle i thought he ended it. machida is an up and coming star, great fighter

  4. Terrible to watch.  Like watching Spurs Basketball.  I could care a less who won, just wish I had that 15 minutes of my life back.

  5. yeah i didnt find it that exciting because Machida kept running the whole fight when he wasnt scoring, it just reminded me of a boring boxing match where one guy is too fast for another guy so he just scores and stays away, or holds. I wish there would have been a little more confrontation but thats why Machida will never be a big draw or get a title shot anytime soon because he doesnt fight like MMA fighters usually do, he fights like its a karate match and he has no charisma.

  6. I thought Penn vs Sherk was the more boring fight. I was pumped for Ortiz vs Machida as I'm a huge Machida fan. Tito got schooled, I loved it. And what about those switch kicks? Pure class.
