Tivo Series 2 with Conax Digital Cable Receiver Box?

Question

My cable company just upgraded to all digital broadcasting and the new box has a Conax CableCard (SmartCard) inside that looks like a credit card. Is that also the name brand of the cable box? Because that is all that is written on the box other than DVB and NC 3000 CO. When trying to setup my Tivo it asks for the brand name of the cable box, and there is no name on the box other than Conax which is not listed on the Tivo menu of choices. I've contacted my cable provide many times and they are completely clueless. They told me that don't know much about the cable box either b/c the just got it two weeks ago so they are still learning. Tivo represenatives never heard of this Conax either. So is there anyone who has this particular digital cable box that can help me? I need to be able to pick a cable box brand so that my Tivo can flip the channels to record the programming. As it is currently my Tivo just records whatever channel I happen to leave the tv on. Please help!!

Go to http://www.conax.com/en/ and ask if they know what to do. I am stumped.

I did some research and didn't find anything. Did you look under the box? How about an about page within its menus? It's probably the same brand as your old box but it might require a different code for that brand. If that doesn't work, I suggest you try every brand till you get one to work.
