Tivo - pay per DVR?

Question

I was wondering if anyone out there has two tivo DVRs and could tell me whether you have to pay the monthly service fee for both tivos ($26/mo), or if you just pay once a month for the service and can buy as many DVRs as you want ($13/mo for as many tivos as you want)?

It appears to me you have to pay the monthly fee per DVR you buy, which would make me very unhappy.

You pay an additional fee per box, but you get a lovely discount (our additional boxes are $6.95, with the main box being $13.95).  If you're looking into purchasing another -- Tivo has really great deals on "lifetime" subscriptions (we have one of those).
