Tmobile Phone SOAKEN WET HELP!

My friend jumped into the pool with my phone for about 3 minutes and when i looked at it. it was off/dead was on and turned off in the water nd the idiot tried to turn on the phone but it didnt do anything what are the chances of it working.

And also is there any way to get it replaced without insurance like beging to the represntives on the phone or anything the stickers is red now plz help me =(

Once wet there is a very low chance of a phone working let alone correctly. Once you try to turn it on while wet you almost guarantee it short-circuiting.

You can try calling your cell company. Based off how long you have been with them, how good you are with payments, how far into contract you are. Don't beg them just act polite and courteous and explain you'd rather not file an insurance claim. If you have insurance, however, they're not likely to do anything for you.
