how long does it take for them to ship a phone?

it very well can depend.  if you got ups ground, they will say 5-7 days, but i've ALWAYS got my phones like on the 3rd day.

I believe they ship it right after the payment clears and everything is good to go. after that it just depends on your delivery options unless they say free overnight shipping and then more than likely you will have it the next day  unless the order posted after a certain time.
