Yes, it does. And they are extremely anal about it too. I had this one TN inspector with his head 100 feet up his *** last time...he didn't seem to understand that "database analyst" and "computer systems analyst" are the same thing. I kept asking him, if a database system is not a computer system, then what the heck is it? When you go to the bank and make a transaction, where do you think that information goes? Into a black hole in a far off galaxy? :)

It was a very frustrating experience, I spent 2 nights a hotel. My company's attourney had to fly up to Toronto and straighten the idiot out. I should take him to court and go after my hotel and legal bill and the 2 days of lost wages that resulted from him being an incompetent a$$hole and not knowing how to to do his job.
