  1. Most will be closed by that time, and you can find some in stores but won't be as good as you'd find in a Firework store. Now what I want to know is if they are illegal(and to a degree they are but that is another topic) then why can you buy them in Target? Now certain fireworks are illegal to sell to PA residents, unless they have a special license(also a another topic that doesn't apply here) but can be sold to anyone with an out of State license. Now around here they require like $25 purchase in "out-of-State" and you have to sign a waiver saying you won't set them off in State. The rule is in the height they go in the air, so Roman Candles aren't allowed among others. Trust me though you can find plenty that is considered PA legal that is fun to set off.

  2. There are only two places I know off...one right off the first exit into PA...and I assume you're coming from 80. That's Phantom Fireworks...then there's OddLot in Tannersville, but they probably close at the same time.

HOWEVER!!! There is a grocery store selling fireworks that's open till midnight. Get off at exit 305, make a right off of the exit and then, make a left at your second light.

Go up that road, going past the hess, a subaru station, etc. You'll see a Mr. Z's and they're open till 12 and sell fireworks.

I live like 2 mins from there heh

If you're not coming from NJ passing exits 27a/b, 19, 12, and 4, then I don't know where you'd find one, but a Mr Z's may.

  3. you can buy them at target and places like that. we dont have fireworks stores..they're illegal in PA
