My avatar represents the source of most of my answers:

the rainbow stands for ALL of God's promises & prophecies,

ALL of which are ENTIRELY Dependable

the hat is asian/oriental, & stands for the Bible itself,

& all those who penned it...

    The rainbow standing for Each & Every One of God's Promises & Prophecies, the TOTAL being COMPLETELY Dependable

    (The promise behind the rainbow made a big impression on me when young!)
