  1. The record is with you forever, it stops you from entering other countries too!

You should really learn to write properly too.

Oh and also, you deserve a record

  2. If you have a record, this tells us that you were an adult when you got your record. Therefore, you reap what you sow!

At the end of the day, god gave us all a brain and with that brain we have the ability to make choices. If you was not intelligent enough to make the right choices, then you deserve what you get.

I admire your courage to announce you want to start over, however, I feel you are on an uphill struggle....Good luck with that. Society can be damming towards lawbreakers, I wonder why?

  3. lmao......police enforce the laws.....you only hurt yourself....have a nice day.

  4. When you say teens was that prior to you being 18?

Juvenile offences are wiped sooner than adult ones.

As long as there nothing too bad there is no reason why they can't lapse.

Really it only matters if you are arrested for something else or go to court.

The court cannot take into consideration stuff you did when you were, in legal terms, a child.

Everyone deserves to, as Shakespeare put it, put away childish things.

    EDIT

    I don't think I've come across clearly.

Quite rightly, your juvenile offences should not be held against you when you get older and mature.

  5. Probably not.  Most convictions are not counted after 5 years although they may still show on your record.

Full credit to you if you are trying to keep on the straight and narrow.  Everyone deserves a second chance.
