  1. I almost always feel this way. Soon after I had my second, the feeling became so overwhelming that I didn't want to have my kids anymore. But, after I got a babysitter and went for a weekend away with my DH, I felt a little better.

  2. all the time, but if you're the only one who's there taking care of your baby then you have to deal with it. If you have someone there such as a bf or husband ask them to watch the baby while to take sometime for yourself

  3. honey, my first baby is now 6 years old and i still feel like that. its going to be rough when #2 gets here...but its what we as mothers have to do. but whenever i feel like that, i have excellent parents and great in-laws that always take her for me overnight so i can have me time. my hubby works 3rd shift so hes no help most of the time...lol.

  4. Yes! We all feel that way even when they're teens! Try to get someone to watch the baby for a few hours so you can rest, take a bath, read a book and just be with yourself for a while. I didn't have anyone to watch my three babies and my ex left 4 days before my third was born. Needless to say I was a wreck! I was tired and alone but I survived because of my babies. I started eating fresh, healthy food and going for walks every day! Take your baby out for a walk and enjoy the air and the sun! Make sure you eat protein with every meal and organic veges and fruit all day! Drink hormone free fat free milk and 6 to 8 glasses of water a day! You won't be so tired if you're eating really fresh food! Cut out all soda and junk! There are some mom groups on SparkPeople.com that offer support and compassion! All you need is to believe in yourself! You're a woman and you are strong enough to get through these trying times. Try to enjoy every moment with your precious baby and remember to take care of yourself so you are able to get the most out of this time when they are so young! If you want to email me you can at mssleepe1 at sbcglobal.net. I know it's really difficult and ten times more to handle when you are tired so really try to find someone to help you out. It's okay to feel this way, we sometimes have to experience the bumps in the road to happiness to be able to appreciate when it's smooth sailing. Be good to yourself!
