Have you ever come to a point where you realized that you needed a multivitamin? I have recently started taking one, simply because i dont have the time to eat enough of what i need..I work 40-50 hours a week . and dont have time to eat all the nutirents i need.in fact, i think i was starting to become anemic. I was very tired all the time, and very dizzy often. Was choosing to take a multivitamin a good decision for me?

  2. Taking a multivitamin is sometimes important when you're a vegetarian/vegan. If you don't eat the foods that contain the nutrients you're missing, you defenitely need a multivitamin. However, I would make a grocery list of veg foods that contain the nutrients your body needs and eat them often. Being a vegetarian/vegan is much healthier for your body than being a meat eater, but it's important to balance your diet to meet your body's needs.

  3. The same thing has happened to me. I'm always dizzy and I have been anemic for a while now. I am now considering multivitamin. I think that was a good choice for you to take one.

  4. I don't suppliment my diet with pills. While at university I put in 70 hour weeks, but I still keep on a balanced diet. Taking a multivitamin as an insurence policy is fine, but relying on it to make up for a poorly planned diet is another.

  7. I do take multivitamin. Centrum yeah. Ive always thought I need one coz sometimes my time doesnt allow me to eat when Im hungry. Im getting thinner and I need some vitamins so I wouldnt be looking bad. I think its a really good idea.

    i don't take a vitamin and i never would. i personally think food taste better but if it works for you that's great.
