I am looking into joining one of these book clubs for kids where you can get lots of books for cheap, but also are required to buy books later on, depending on what club it is. What book clubs are you a part of, if any, and what would you recommend? There are so many out there I don't know which one to pick. Have you ever heard of "Children's book of the month club" and if so, what do you think about it? Thanks.

  1. I wouldn't join those - just buy books from ebay, craigslist or garage sales - you can spend a lot less, get a lot more and are not obligated to buy anything for a certain amount of years. Once your kids get into school they will get inundated with "scholastic book clubs," so save your money until then :)

  2. great club go to it

  3. wait until they are in school and do the scholastic book orders that they will come home with every month. You can find numerous books for under $5.00, and those are even the most popular ones. The others I have always refused to by from. We prefer the library, free and easy to exchange books.
