Are they now going to start dubbing more episodes and do direct-to-dvd release. Also will they start rewriting songs like they did for menu ga doki doki and nazo. I would like to see how they rewrite GiriGiri.

there already past 129 we know that it's just not released they are not sure to continue they are releasing box sets now after that there should be new content. but http://watchfreeanime.co.nr/ you can watch subbed episodes much better then the dubs.
