To be a Foreign Language teacher?

Question

I wanted know how much a Foreign Language teacher(English,German,Russian) in Russia (St. Petersburg or Vladivostok, Novosibirsk, Moscow) would make as a high school teacher or middle school. Also would my American Teaching Degree work in Russia and would i be able to Turn around and Teach Russian in The US (New York OR caLI)

depends on the demand, you'll have a better chance @ the universities
