  4. i always thought you can come in under the weight limit at anytime you just cannot go over.... but i believe you can fight at heavyweight if under 201 if both parties agree to it... Marciano and Patterson were all on 190 and 185 pounds afterall...but because of advantages or disadvantages for the fighter or his opponent those contracts are hard to sign and since most boxers starve themselves anyway adding more weight sometimes is the best choice anyway... i imagine if you are good and crazy enough you can come into a heavyweight fight around 190 or 185....  i think Roy Jones was right around 200 when he fought that Pansy John Ruiz

  5. ITS  about  190 and up ,,but you don't want to be two big  it is good to be at a comfortable weight that you can work with ,i think 275 is good ,,
