To become a Newsreader in Tamil Televisions?

Hi everybody. I would like to become a Newsreader in Tamil. I would like to know what is the qualities that are required for it. And also I want to know what is salary package offered for the Newsreaders in Tamil televisions like Raj TV, Jaya TV, Sun TV and Kalaignar TV.

    Should have good vocabulary in that language

    Sound skills in presentation

    Good modulation

    presentable look

    pleasent mannerisms

    No stammering

    Please check there is a game show in WIN TV (i think) on Tamil , how you are reading and your knowledge
