Is it difficult to become a citizen of a western european country, like france, england, or spain? How about brazil?

It is not too difficult for immigrants from third-world countries to get permission to stay and work in Western Europe. They definitely get priority when coming here.

It most probably will be more difficult if you are a white American though.

Not sure about Brazil.
