  1. You don't really need to take specific classes. But try to go ahead a little in science and math especially. Have good grade overall. Not just science. See about volunteering or internships at any local hospitals, or side-by-side programs where you can work with real doctors.

  2. dont become a doctor. its a horrible, horrible life.

  3. You don't really need to take any special classes until you are in college.  For now, take whatever advanced classes are offered, and learn to do well in all of them.  Don't neglect things like English and Social Studies - physicians need to be able to write coherently, and be aware of how the world around them works.

When you are in high school, you might look into volunteering in a hospital.  (Right now you are a little young for that.)

Until then, be a kid.  You have a whole lifetime to worry about studying (which you will do for the rest of your life if you become a physician - the learning never ends)

  4. Any college prep course will do in high school. In college, you'll want to get a little pamphlet (?!: it's over 400 pages, this year) from AAMC that describes what the medical schools want you to have.
