Commercial pilots must have perfect vision...which is 'unaided'.  It depends what the definition of 'unaided' is.  If having an operation to attain perfect vision is defined as 'aid'...then it won't matter...you will not be accepted.  Commercial, private licences all have different criteria....as do different countries....so you need to be somewhat more specific as what sort of 'pilot' want to be.
