i dont understand what is betray youself for another but i know this.   whatever you do if you are doing it out of real love for another person and totally without selfish motives or reasons, then you are vindicated as far as i am concerned.

No, I don't think you can betray yourself, ultimately you are in control of your choices and actions. Each day we encounter several conflicts, and sometimes we choose to do one thing when we want to do the other, but I wouldn't call that betryal - I'd call that LIFE!!
