To calculate NOPAT for the 3rd quarter, I saw that in the Statement of Income they give both the 3-month and 9-month data.

Which one I have to use to calculate NOPAT and ROIC?

  1. If it is for sales tax it is usually based on the last three months data, that is why it is quarterly, 4 quarters for a year.
