  1. Multiply the length (or width) and height of the front side of the box.You can't get square units (units should be squared for area) if you just add the parameters!


  2. The front of the box is probably the side facing you.

    Mutiply this height by the width of this side.

    The answer will be in Square Units...e.g. 20cm high by 15cm wide will give you 300 square centimeters....20cm x 15cm = 300cm².

    (It can be Inches, feet, metres or any other units used for measuring but, each measurement MUST be in the same units.

  3. You multiply the length times the height.
