my Panasonic telephone/fax machine, model no. KX-FT375SA, serial no. 8LCRA002239.When the thermal head gets dirty, the printing is smudgy, full of black spots, unclear.Panasonic prescribes isopropyl rubbing alcohol to clean the termal head, I have tried to find this type of rubbing alcohol, but have failed up to now.Now I am appealing to Panasonic and to youto help me find this cleaning fluid,please.
