To continue interrupted downloading

Question

I'm using a dial-up network and I'm downloading itunesetup.exe. It takes 10 hours to download. I reached 98% of downloading and I used up my prepaid internet card. I have to change to another card. Can I continue the 2% left with the new card? If I can, how? By the way, I'm using a laptop with windows vista os.
