To coupon clippers ......?

how much is your grocery bill a month and what is your secret ?

I don't clip coupons as much as I look for really good sales and stock up.  We're a house of 4 and we spend about $100 a week ( we go through a lot of milk).  We take advantage of cards, like buy 10 get one free for milk and juice.  I like to stock up on meats when they're at a really good price and fill the freezer.  I'd use coupons but there aren't ever any that'd I'd actually use, so I wouldn't be saving money since I wouldn't normally be buying the item anyway.

I am a coupon clipper. I can go to the store and get $200 worth of grocries for $75. I clip coupons and compare them to store adds. I like going to places that double coupons such as Ralphs. I also buy meat when there is a real good sale on it. I stock up on I tems that you can store in the pantry. And do some shopping at Costco.

Our grocery bill usually depends per month. Some months it might be higher depending on what we did the month before.  It's usually anywhere from $75.00 to $150.  Right now it's just the 2 of us. I always watch the weekly ad and if I use a product a lot I find the web site and sign up to recieve coupons and mailings (yes it can get annoying but anything helps!)  We stock up on sauces and condiments when they are on sale (Other day at Winco they had BBQ sauce for $73 cents a bottle and then on the bottle there was a save $1.00 per every 3 bottls.  They ended up being about $.40 a bottle)  We also invested in a deep freezer for the garage and we buy meat, juices, bread, etc when they are on sale or clearance.  

I watch for coupons but more or less I just watch for good deals.

Alot.. Depends want I need. I am single mom of two boys and pregnant has well. I don't get food stamps. I start to use coupons and trying to change everything around and it not working out with me right now..
