Question:

To flatten lower chest muscles?

I been working on my chest for a long time.

I do 60 lbs, three sets on flat, 55 lbs, three sets on upper chest

and 55 lbs on lower chest. I got my chest muscles but my lower chest seems like missing it all. I originally had flabby b*****s for some reason and that's why i began working out my chest but it doesn seem to get much better. How am I supposed to get rid of this flabby lower part of the chest? My upper chest is fine but it's my lower part that just ruins all. Can I flatten it, get rid of the b*****s by doing more sets of lower chest?

  1. This sounds like an easy question to answer.

If you dont mind me asking, is your chest flabby because of fat? Like it the layer of fat on top of your muscles? Or like below?

Also is this layer of fat only on your chest and the rest of your body is trim and cut? Or are you alittle on the chubby side thorugh the rest of your body?

If you are on the chubby side, try alot of cardio to get rid of the fat first. Alot of chubby people who want abs just over kill it with ab exercise, but what they dont realize is they need to do cardio to get rid of the fat ontop of their abs. They already have the abs, they just need to get rid of the fat that is hiding it.

Same think might work for you chest.
