A bone is 70% calcium but according to research there is other stuff that holds all this calcium together,What is this stuff? and what can You do to quickly heal a fracture?

  1. Bone is made up of a lot of stuff. Remember inside the bone is bone marrow - I won't go into detail or you'll be reading forever!

    To quickly heal a fracture, lots of dairy foods. The bone will heal without exercise, but some light exercise will help the bone get stronger and less likely to break again. When it's healing well, a little more movement will do more good than harm.


  2. Phosphorus.

    To heal a bone, one must increase intake of both calcium and phosphorus, of which the best source are dairy products or oral supplements.
